Goncalo is the Capital Markets Ecosystem Lead at R3. Previously, Goncalo was a Macro COO at Standard Chartered Bank for the last 13 years. He represented SCB at the Global FX Division and was the chair of the Steering Committee for the last two years. At SCB, Goncalo has helped delivering several change projects and more recently was part of some digital initiatives in Financial Markets. Goncalo holds a Finance and Banking MsC with distinction from University of Portsmouth and an Economics degree from Nova University in Lisbon, Portugal.
